The second quarter of 2024 has been an interesting period for pirate-themed mobile games on the Android platform in the US. Sensor Tower's analysis offers a treasure trove of data on how these swashbuckling adventures performed.

Sea of Conquest: Pirate War, published by FunPlus International AG, sailed with fluctuating revenue around the $18K-$20K mark, peaking in early April. Downloads decreased from 2.9K to 2.2K, while weekly active users grew steadily from 81K to 91K.

JOYCITY Corp.'s Pirates of the Caribbean: ToW saw an uptrend in revenue from $1.9K to a high of $3.5K in mid-May, before dipping to $1.8K. Downloads hovered between 374 and 620, with weekly active users showing a slight increase from 2.4K to 2.2K.

TAPCLAP's Pirate Treasures: Jewel & Gems experienced modest revenues, starting at $1.2K and ending the quarter at under $1K. Downloads saw a decline from 1.2K to 889, though weekly active users remained fairly stable around the 14K-16K range.

BELKA GAMES' Roger That: Merge Adventure! had a rocky quarter with revenues starting at $401 and plummeting to nearly zero. Downloads and active users both fell to zero by the quarter's end after a short-lived spike in early May.

Lastly, Lord of Seas: Survival&Conquer from Atlas Studio Co., Ltd. displayed a revenue pattern with sharp fluctuations, peaking at $537 in early April and dropping to $121 by late June. Downloads and weekly active users showed minimal activity, with the latter decreasing from 1.6K to just under 1.2K.
